In September 2009,The Sutheran Family tackled the Inca Trail and ventured to Machu Picchu in Peru in aid of Motor Neurone Disease in Memory of Sheila Sutheran, proudly supported by Radio Hartlepool, they managed to raise Thousands of Pounds  for the charity.

in 2011 they plan to walk The Great Wall Of China for charity.
